All you need is a connection to the Internet. • Messages can be sent with just a couple of clicks of the mouse. • All messages must have authenticated email or SMS sender details. Messages cannot be sent anonymously. This is an anti-SPAM feature. ArcSend runs on Windows XP, Vista and Windows Server, and uses Microsoft’s SQL Server Express as the database.
